When does the program start and finish?
The live component of the program will take place over 4 weeks.
Our first class will be Tuesday, August 11 at 12pm EST and will continue for 4 weeks.
Our last class is Tuesday, Sept 1 at 12pm EST.
What’s the schedule for the weekly calls with Nikki?
For this time around, the calls with Nikki are planned for Tuesdays at 12 pm EST (total 4 calls, 1 hour each)
How long will I have access to the program?
The live component of the program is limited to the time of the current round.
After enrolling, you will have access to the pre-recorded part of the program as long as we run it.
Please note that pre-recorded content for this program will be dripped weekly.
What if I am unhappy with the program?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with the program, contact us in the first 3 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund (minus an admin processing fee). Please note that if you miss this deadline, a refund will not be granted.
I can't attend every live call, is that ok?
Absolutely! While we encourage you to attend live if you can, every call is recorded so you can watch the replay on your own time. In addition, all of the core course materials are on-demand. The live calls are intended to provide a space to practice, receive live feedback, and ask questions. And you're always welcome to email us with any questions you have while watching recorded videos.
Why do I see an additional tax added to the price of the program?
If you're based outside of the US, you may see that a tax is added to the price of the program (such as VAT). Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it. It's the international tax law and it depends on your country/region.
Some U.S. states may also apply additional tax.
U.S. sales tax is applied at the state level, and states have different laws about which products and services are considered taxable in the state. For example, some states tax video streaming services/products (such as online courses) while others do not. Individual states also choose their own tax rates.
This means that whether sales tax will be applied to your purchase will depend on your location. The same is true for the specific tax rate that will apply.
