Hi! We're Nikki and Danika.

Nikki is a master intuitive, spiritual teacher, and author. Danika was Nikki's longtime assistant turned President of the company and is in charge of the company's business strategy and marketing.

But it wasn't always this way

When we first started working together, we both had other full-time jobs.

Nikki was raising two young children and running her husband’s tree service business. Danika was seeking her true career purpose, so she started off as a buyer for a very large retail corporation, then in social media, and ultimately landed in HR.

Our little company was barely making $1,200 a month and all of that money was being reinvested.

The overall feeling for those first few years was, “I’m not sure I know what I’m doing. And I’m not sure this is going to work.”

Although Nikki has killer intuition skills, they didn’t feel like enough when it came to running a spiritual business. We tried to up our marketing knowledge and follow other coaches and influencers, but the problem was:

We are not really coaches or influencers.

We are healers.

Every time we would try to learn from online marketers, their advice didn’t really work for us because most marketers don’t understand our work. The information either felt way too limiting, making us feel like we had to do it one specific way or they just didn’t understand our business.

We were stuck and afraid we might not be able to ever make this a real business. After trying a lot of different ways to grow the business, we had this idea to map out different business plans.

We began to study different business models. We took inspiration from medical doctors, teachers, and the biggest thought leaders in the business. Through this we found that there is a way for us as healers to grow super successful businesses. We were just following the wrong paths.

The two of us mapped out the three paths that take a newbie healer all the way to thought leader, and we’ve been following it ever since.

Now we want to share this roadmap with you in Expansion Strategy.


How This Program Works

In the Expansion Strategy, we will cover the three stages (which can also be seen as paths) a spiritual business owner will go through as they grow into a Thought Leader.

Stage one is the Mentor, a spiritual practitioner that works directly with clients on a one-to-one basis through a signature offering.

Next, is the Teacher, a well-known and influential online practitioner who charges premium prices for 1:1 sessions and has scaled their signature offering to a signature method that has been put into a group program.

And ultimately we land on The Thought Leader, who is the established author and speaker that spreads their message to the masses.

But please know that we've designed this program for you start and stop at any of the stages you'd like. So let's say you already have a thriving "Mentor" business and are ready to scale into your signature method, you can start at the Teacher stage. Or, let's say you are happy staying in The Mentor stage for several years and aren't in a rush to move into The Teacher, that's ok too!

For each stage, we will uncover its meaning, money streams, energetic imprint, emotional blocks to overcome, to-do lists, and marketing strategies.

When does the course start and finish?
The Expansion Strategy is an on-demand program so you can go at your own pace.
I’m just starting out and haven’t launched my business yet, is this program for me?
Absolutely! The Mentor section of the program provides you with guidance for when you are just getting started so your business doesn’t have to be launched to join. However, we do recommend that you have completed some type of certification and/or training program and have a general idea of what you’d like to offer. The Expansion Strategy does not provide guidance on the type of business you should start. Instead, it offers a guide on how to create a signature offering based on your skills, certifications, and interests as well as strategies to use in each phase of business.
